Welcome to NayaActor Casting Company ("we," "us," or "our"). By using our services, website, or engaging with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
NayaActor Casting Company offers:
Casting and audition coordination
Talent management services
Actor folio creation and maintenance
Booking facilitation and related support
Folio Submission and Management: Actors can submit their portfolios to be managed by us for casting opportunities.
Charges: A fee may be charged for folio management services. These charges will be clearly communicated at the time of service initiation.
Additional Fees: Any charges for special services, updates, or promotional activities will be communicated in advance and are payable as specified.
Payment Collection: Payments for services (such as folio management and casting fees) must be made using our designated payment methods.
Disbursement of Earnings: Any fees, commissions, or earnings received on behalf of actors (e.g., from bookings or projects) will be disbursed to the actor’s designated bank account or payment method within [specify time frame, e.g., 15–30 days] of receiving the funds.
Charges and Deductions: A [specify percentage or flat fee] commission may be deducted from the actor’s earnings as per our agreement.
Payment Schedule: Disbursements will be made on a [monthly/bi-weekly/other] basis. Actors will be notified accordingly.
Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information and portfolios.
Cooperate with casting calls, auditions, and bookings.
Maintain confidentiality of proprietary and project-related information.
Keep actor information confidential.
Act in good faith to support casting opportunities.
Process all payments and disbursements according to the agreed schedule.
All content provided by actors (e.g., photos, videos, resumes) remains their intellectual property. We may use such content for casting and promotional purposes with prior consent.
Services canceled before commencement may be eligible for a refund, as per our refund policy.
No refunds will be provided for services already rendered or in case of withdrawal after services have begun, unless otherwise agreed.
We are not responsible for casting decisions or the final outcome of any project.
We shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or injuries arising from the use of our services or participation in casting projects.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will become effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of K/West Ward of the Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai (MCGM). Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in K/West Ward of MCGM.
